Xatt.Club Terms of Service

Introduction

Greetings, Language Explorer!

Before you dive into fascinating conversations, master small talk with strangers from four time zones away, or accidentally learn three British slang words in one sentence — we need to talk about something important (but slightly less fun): our Terms of Service.

No, it's not as exciting as finally rolling your R’s like a native — but it’s still essential for keeping Xatt.Club safe, respectful, and fun for everyone.

1. Reality Check

Xatt.Club isn’t a magic fluency machine. We don’t guarantee instant results, native-level mastery overnight, or that you’ll fall in love with an English teacher from Canada. What we do offer is a space to practice, improve, and connect with real people who are learning just like you.

Remember: fluency is a journey — sometimes bumpy, often funny, and always worth it.

2. No Affiliation

Xatt.Club is not affiliated with Facebook, Meta, OpenAI (hi 👋), or any other giant internet company. We’re just a friendly corner of the web where people practice English without judgment, fear, or pop-up ads for miracle grammar pills.

We respect everyone — but we’re proudly our own thing.

3. Community First

This platform is for real conversations, real practice, and real people. That means no spam, no scams, and definitely no pretending to be a language tutor from Hogwarts. Be respectful, stay kind, and treat your fellow learners as you’d want to be treated — even if their pronunciation of "squirrel" makes you laugh.

Harassment, hate speech, or creepy behavior of any kind will get you banned faster than you can say “supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.”

4. Educational Purpose

Xatt.Club is built for learning. While we encourage fun, creativity, and even the occasional GIF-filled grammar joke, this isn’t the place for selling products, running political campaigns, or posting endless cat videos. (Okay… maybe just one cat video if it’s really cute and includes English subtitles.)

5. Intellectual Property

If you share your own content — a blog, voice recording, meme, or Shakespearean haiku — make sure it’s yours or you have permission to post it. Let’s keep things creative, not copy-pasted.

Respect the work of others, and they’ll respect yours.

6. Final Agreement

By using Xatt.Club, you agree to be awesome — and by awesome, we mean:

  • Be kind
  • Be curious
  • Be responsible
  • Don’t be a troll (seriously)

We may update these terms occasionally (hopefully with fewer legal words), and we’ll do our best to let you know. Continued use of Xatt.Club means you’re okay with the changes.

Practice Boldly, Speak Freely, Respect Always.

By accepting these terms, you're not just clicking "I Agree" — you're joining a global village of learners who believe in connection over perfection, and in speaking bravely, even when they mess up.

Welcome to Xatt.Club — where every mistake is just a new word waiting to be learned.

Happy learning, friend! 🌍💬
